Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with internal teams (HR, Finance, Admin, Sales) for operational requirements
Monitor processes, track performance, and prepare operational reports
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards
Assist in vendor management, procurement, and logistics coordination
Identify process gaps and recommend efficiency improvements
Support management in operational planning and execution
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration or relevant field
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in MS Excel, documentation, and reporting tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset
