Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Provide courteous service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

2. Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

3. Interact with customers via multiple channels - Email/Phone.

4. Demonstrate strong multitasking skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.

5. Work well both independently and as part of a team.

6. Exhibit patience in all customer interactions, maintaining a professional and pleasant

demeanor.

Required Candidate Profile:

1. 0-1 years of experience in customer service.

2. Fluent in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

3. A positive attitude with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
