We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to support the day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate should have
excellent communication skills
, strong
knowledge of Microsoft Excel
, and the ability to coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze operational reports using MS Excel.
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for timely execution of tasks.
Monitor and track project or order progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases.
Handle communication through calls, emails, and other official channels professionally.
Support management in process improvement and operational planning.
Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Data Entry, and Reporting).
Good organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Problem-solving attitude and ability to work independently.
Team player with a proactive approach.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
