Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Handle customer inquiries, provide prompt responses, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and freight forwarders to ensure on-time deliveries.
Support documentation, reporting, and data management related to operations and logistics.
Track shipments, follow up with relevant stakeholders, and update clients proactively.
Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Qualification:
B.E / B.Tech / Diploma / Business Administration
Experience:
Prior experience in operations coordination and customer support will be an added advantage.
