Job Summary: We are looking for a detail - oriented Operations Executive- Ticket Booking to manage end - to - end booking of air, rail, bus and special darshan tickets for pilgrimage tours. The role requires coordination with vendors, accurate documentation, timely confirmations and smooth execution of travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle booking and issuing of air, train, bus tickets for pilgrimage tours
Manage special darshan, temple entry passes and event tickets as per tour requirements
Coordinate with airlines, IRCTC agents, transport vendors and temple authorities
Monitor booking deadlines, availability, waitlists and cancellations
Ensure accuracy of passenger details, ID proofs and travel documents
Prepare and share booking confirmations, itineraries and travel documents with clients
Handle rescheduling, cancellations and refund processes
Maintain booking records, invoices and reports in internal systems
Coordinate with sales and tour operations teams for smooth execution
Provide on-ground support during peak pilgrimage seasons when required
Requirements & Qualifications:
Any Bachelor's degree
Proven
1-3 years
' experience in Ticketing
Hands on experience with IRCTC, airline booking systems and bus ticket portals
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of pilgrimage destinations and seasonal travel trends
Must be a vegetarian
Willingness to work in a devotional and spiritual ecosystem
Strong motivation to grow within the organization
