About the Role:

We are looking for a

B2B Operations Executive - Forward

to manage end-to-end operational activities including

PO processing, dispatch management, and GRN matching

. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in eCommerce operations and strong analytical skills with hands-on expertise in Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle

Purchase Order (PO) processing

and ensure timely coordination with internal and external teams. Manage

dispatch operations

, track shipments, and ensure on-time deliveries. Perform

GRN (Goods Received Note) matching

and resolve discrepancies. Maintain and update daily reports using

Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)

. Coordinate with vendors, warehouses, and logistics partners for smooth operations. Ensure all B2B orders are processed accurately and in compliance with company guidelines.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in eCommerce operations (preferably in B2B segment). Strong knowledge of

PO, dispatch, and GRN processes

. Proficiency in

MS Excel

- must know

VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables

. Excellent coordination and communication skills. Must be a

Graduate

.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
