1. Onboard new partners onto the company platform.
2. Conduct training sessions for partners on communication skills, platform usage, and service quality.
3. Verify profiles and ensure all details are correctly updated in the system.
4. Resolve queries or issues efficiently.
5. Collect feedback from training sessions and suggest improvements.
