We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Operations Executive
to join our dynamic team at Synaptic Integrated Telecommunication Services Pvt Ltd, a leading IP provider. In this role, you will support the day-to-day operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our IP services to customers. You will play a critical role in streamlining processes, improving operational workflows, and driving operational excellence within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support
: Assist in the execution of daily operational activities, including monitoring IP services, resolving issues, and coordinating with various internal teams to ensure service delivery.
Process Improvement
: Analyse current operational processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
Client Interaction
: Work closely with the customer support team to resolve customer inquiries or concerns related to IP services, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Documentation and Reporting
: Maintain accurate records of operational procedures, customer interactions, and performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on key operational metrics.
Project Management
: Assist in managing projects related to service delivery, infrastructure upgrades, or system enhancements. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaboration
: Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Technical Support, and IT to ensure alignment between operational goals and company objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management
: Ensure operational activities adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies to minimize risks and ensure compliance.
Vendor Management
: Support in managing relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring contracts, services, and deliverables align with operational requirements.
Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution
: Work with technical teams to resolve any operational or technical issues that may arise in the delivery of IP services.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in operations or project management, preferably within the telecommunications or IP services industry.
Knowledge
: Understanding of IP networks, service delivery processes, and industry standards related to IP services.
Technical Skills
: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Knowledge of project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
Problem-Solving
: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to handle operational challenges and improve efficiency.
Communication
: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and internal teams.
Attention to Detail
: High attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring that tasks and projects are completed to a high standard.
