Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily

Support the
Manager
in achieving membership growth and maintaining operational efficiency.
Ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized facility that aligns with brand standards.
Handle
member queries, complaints, and service requests
professionally to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Coordinate with the housekeeping, sales, and training teams to maintain a smooth workflow.
Manage
inventory, billing, and documentation
related to gym operations and supplies.
Assist in organizing
marketing activities, events, and promotions
to increase footfall and brand engagement.
Prepare daily and weekly
MIS reports
on member engagement, attendance, and operational performance.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in
operations, customer service, or front office management
from the
hospitality or fitness industry
.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in
MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems
.
A positive attitude and customer-centric mindset.
