Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement strategies to improve operations and productivity.
Lead, guide, and train the operations team for smooth day-to-day functioning.
Supervise production to ensure quality and timely delivery of signage products.
Manage inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Ensure all products meet quality standards through inspections and testing.
Coordinate delivery schedules and ensure on-time dispatch to clients.
Maintain a safe working environment and follow all safety regulations.
Prepare and manage budgets, control operational costs, and improve efficiency.
Build strong relationships with vendors and clients for smooth coordination.
Analyze data and prepare reports on operations performance.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, preferably in the signage or manufacturing industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of signage production, materials, and equipment.
Good understanding of inventory, quality control, and logistics.
Proficiency in MS Office and operations software/tools.
Strong problem-solving, time management, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of safety and compliance standards.
