We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Operations Executive

to support day-to-day shipping and logistics operations. Candidates with prior exposure to shipping lines or coastal shipping will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operational activities related to shipping and logistics Handle

vendor management

and follow up with transporters, agents, and service providers Assist in documentation related to shipping operations Monitor shipment movement and ensure timely updates to internal teams and clients Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize operational requirements Maintain accurate operational records and reports Support senior operations team in execution of shipments and problem resolution

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 year experience

in a shipping line / logistics company (preferred) Knowledge of

coastal shipping operations

is an added advantage Strong

multitasking

and coordination skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to

communicate effectively in English (mandatory)

Hindi speaking

ability

will be an added advantage Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Email, Word)
