to join our Rohtak office. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations related to policy issuance, endorsements, claim assistance, and coordination with insurance companies and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end
policy issuance
process (motor, health, fire, etc.)
Assist clients with
claims documentation
and coordination with insurance companies.
Handle
endorsement processing
and client servicing requirements.
Maintain MIS and daily operational reports.
Coordinate with sales team for proposal forms, documents, and compliance checks.
Follow up with insurers for pending tasks and policy updates.
Provide operational support to the back-office and ensure smooth functioning of service delivery.
Address customer queries and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Preferred: B.Com, BBA, or equivalent)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in insurance operations (brokerage/TPA/insurer preferred)
Knowledge of general and health insurance processes
Familiarity with insurance portals (e.g., Insurer portals, BAP, etc.) is a plus
Key Skills:
Strong communication and coordination skills
Basic knowledge of insurance products
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Attention to detail and problem-solving approach
