Coordinate and manage day-to-day operational activities
Scheduling online or in- person meetings with the agencies, organising events
Data management, operations work, cheque billing, telecalling, office management
Basic admin work
Track project timelines, tasks, and deliverables
Overseeing all office work, whether manual or digital
Resolve operational issues and escalate when required
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic reporting tools
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field
0-1 years of experience / in Operations / Project Coordination / Executive role
