Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Draft and respond to professional emails in English.
Use
MS Excel
efficiently, including formulas, data entry, and reporting.
Keep accurate records and tracking of vehicles and logistics.
Handle
GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tenders
and manage tenders on other portals.
Assist in preparation and submission of tender-related documentation.
Coordinate day-to-day operational tasks as required.
Be
flexible with work responsibilities
and adapt to changing requirements.
Think out of the box
and contribute creative solutions for operational and business challenges.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (both verbal & written in English).
Good knowledge of
MS Excel
(formulas, reporting, and analysis).
Familiarity with
GeM tenders
and online tender portals.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and take initiative.
Graduate preferred (Commerce/Business/Management background is a plus).
Flexible and proactive mindset with problem-solving ability.
