Job Role
We are looking for a motivated
Field Sales-Operation Executive
to join our on-ground team. This role involves managing customer orders, ensuring timely processing, addressing queries related to deliveries and order status, and coordinating with internal departments to provide an excellent post-sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and the sales team to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
Handle customer queries related to order status, delivery timelines, product availability, and after-sales support.
Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Update and maintain accurate records of customer orders, returns, and complaints.
Track and resolve delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies proactively.
Conduct field visits, if required, to support sales activities and customer satisfaction.
Assist in reporting and analysis of order flow and customer satisfaction metrics.
Serve as a key point of contact between sales and operations teams.
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
Strong

Proficient in
MS Office

Ability to travel locally as needed.
