Job Description

Role Summary


The Retail POC acts as the central coordination link between retail stores, warehouse teams,


logistics, sales, and head office. The role ensures smooth daily operations, accurate inventory


control, timely communication, and quick closure of all store-level operational issues.


Key Responsibilities


Store Operations Monitoring


Monitor CCTV and camera systems; escalate IT/network issues.


Ensure timely submission of Opening & Closing checklists.


Coordinate store maintenance and follow up with BD team.


Inventory & Stock Management


Review and approve inventory requests from stores.


Track stock levels, fast-moving SKUs, damages, shrinkage, and losses.


Maintain accurate records of stock transfers, adjustments, and replenishments.


Communicate stock availability, promotions, and product details to sales & store teams


Inventory Transfer (IT) Coordination


Monitor end-to-end stock transfers (Store Store, WH Store).


Track all stages: Picked Validated Initiated Dispatched Completed.


Identify discrepancies and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.


Logistics, Courier & Dispatch


Prepare and share the Daily Dispatch Detail Report.


Coordinate deliveries & pickups with Safexpress, Delhivery, Shree Maruti, etc.


Track shipments and ensure timely courier updates.


Act as the primary POC for all logistics-related communication.


Cash Collection Coordination


Follow up with collection teams for timely cash pickups.


Track pending collections and ensure proper closure.


Cross-Functional Coordination


Bridge communication between Retail Stores, Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Head


Office.


Ensure tasks, updates, and escalations are handled on time.


Issue Resolution & Reporting


Own and close all operational issues (logistics, stock, system errors, store concerns).


Prepare daily/weekly reports on stock levels, inventory movement, shrinkage, and dispatch


status.###

Skills & Competencies


Strong coordination & follow-up


Knowledge of retail operations & inventory flow


Excellent communication skills


Hindi is mandatory; additional regional languages are a plus


Proficiency in Excel & ERP systems


Problem-solving & analytical ability


Qualification


Bachelor's degree


1-3 years of experience in retail or operations coordination (preferred)###
