About Magic Food Zone:

Magic Food Zone is a leading multi-brand food destination operating on expressways and in high-footfall areas, offering a curated dining experience with popular franchises and in-house brands. We're looking for a Assistant Restaurant Auditor to help us maintain operational excellence, financial integrity, and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular audits of all restaurant outlets (cash, inventory, stock, billing systems, waste, etc.) Evaluate compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Review daily sales, POS reports, discount approvals, and petty cash expenses Check for pilferage, wastage, and misuse of resources Monitor vendor billing, stock purchases vs usage, and kitchen inventory Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are consistently met Submit audit reports with observations, findings, and actionable recommendations Train outlet managers/staff on controls and procedures where gaps are found Support surprise audits and mystery audits when required
Qualifications:

Bachelor's in Commerce, Hospitality or related field Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant audits, internal auditing, or operations control Strong knowledge of restaurant accounting, stock management, and POS systems Excellent communication and reporting skills Willingness to travel to multiple outlets regularly Experience in restaurant industry will be given preference.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
