Role Summary


We are seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate and support core business functions including administration, finance coordination, HR support, marketing execution, IT coordination, and compliance activities. This role requires a hands-on and organized professional who can manage day-to-day operations, ensure process adherence, and support ongoing business activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, communicative, and capable of working across multiple functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities



Manage and coordinate day-to-day business operations to ensure smooth execution and compliance Implement and follow internal workflows, policies, and SOPs Act as a coordination point for internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders Schedule and coordinate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-ups Support financial operations including invoicing, quotations, expense tracking, and basic reporting Maintain financial and operational records using ERP or internal systems Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR record maintenance Support payroll coordination, statutory documentation, and compliance tracking Assist in execution of digital marketing activities across social media, email, and website platforms Support lead tracking, client onboarding, and partner coordination Coordinate basic system testing, report issues, and follow up with technical teams Maintain contracts, agreements, licenses, and compliance-related documentation Support drafting and review coordination of service agreements and NDAs Communicate with clients, partners, and vendors for routine coordination and issue resolution Assist management with reports, updates, and operational data Ensure timely execution of assigned operational, administrative, and coordination tasks
