We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to support our team in managing daily office functions and project coordination. This role requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, excellent communication, and proficiency with various office tools. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations, assisting with event planning, and providing executive administrative support to leadership.
Duties
Oversee pre-event, event, and post-event management for hellomyyoga programs.
Coordinate effectively with hmy team members, teachers, students, and outsourced agencies.
Manage and maintain various applications and platforms, including the hellomyyoga Website Admin Panel, Zoom, SendinBlue, SurveyMonkey, SoundCloud, Razorpay, PayPal, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
Coordinate between students and teachers for all inquiries.
Handle basic accounting
Experience
Prior administrative experience in an office setting is required
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and office management tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Good understanding of tools like ZOOM, Google Mail, and Drive
Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
