Operations Executive

on behalf of one of our trusted clients. This is a

remote role

where precision, communication, and process management are key.

Role & Responsibilities

As the Operations Executive, you'll be the central nerve of the client's operations team. Your role will include:

Oversee daily store-level operations through digital monitoring tools and ensure schedule adherence. Manage staff attendance, shift scheduling, and basic HR documentation updates. Coordinate vendor communication and ensure timely supply and replenishment of stock. Handle backend data entries on various platforms including POS, billing, and task manager tools. Maintain and update daily operational records including revenue, expenses, invoices, and purchase entries. Track and follow up on daily task checklists to ensure SOP compliance across all locations. Support periodic operational processes such as cleaning schedules, stock audits, and paperwork verification.

Skills and Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree is mandatory and Management Degree is preferred

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tools and trackers. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Familiarity with basic administrative systems, billing apps, and mobile-based operational tools. Prior experience in administrative or operations roles is a plus. Self-driven, dependable, and process-oriented.
