Job Title: Operations Executive (Real Estate)



Job Summary:


We are hiring a mature and responsible

Operations Executive

to manage field operations, documentation work, and basic accounts/banking tasks. The candidate will also ensure that junior staff completes their tasks accurately and on time, helping reduce the owner's workload and improving overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities



1. Accounts & Banking Support



Handle basic accounts entries, payments, receipts, and record-keeping. Visit banks for cheque deposits, withdrawals, and other tasks. Maintain financial paperwork in an organized manner.

2. Real Estate Operations



Fill booking forms, client files, and maintain documentation for sales/purchase. Visit developers/builders for transfer cases, NOCs, and related documents. Attend property registrations and coordinate required formalities. Conduct site visits and show properties to clients when required.

3. Client Interaction



Communicate professionally with clients during visits and paperwork. Represent the company confidently and assist clients with basic queries.

4. Supervision (Cross-Checking Only)



Ensure the

field cum receptionist

completes assigned tasks properly. Verify that the

pantry boy

maintains cleanliness, serving, and office upkeep correctly. Cross-check that routine office activities are completed accurately and on time. Report any issues or delays to the owner. (No admin work performed directly--only supervision & verification.)*

Qualification



Graduate (any stream); B.Com preferred

Basic understanding of accounts & banking Computer knowledge: Excel, PDF handling, WhatsApp, online forms

Experience



1-3 years

in operations, accounts, documentation, or field-related roles Real estate experience is an advantage Experience supervising junior staff (preferred)

Other Requirements



Must have own vehicle for travel (fuel reimbursement provided) Presentable personality and good communication skills Ability to handle both fieldwork and in-office verification tasks Honest, reliable, and well-organized
