to support the day-to-day functioning of our corporate gifting business. This role is critical in ensuring smooth order execution from supplier coordination to dispatch, while also maintaining clear communication with clients. You will act as the bridge between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring timely deliveries and seamless execution of gifting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
Coordinate with suppliers for order placement, timelines, and deliveries.
Track customization/branding progress and supervise packaging & dispatch.
Maintain the operations tracker (Excel/Google Sheets).
Client Coordination:
Share mockups and updates with clients.
Follow up for approvals, feedback, and payments.
Keep clients informed on order status (dispatch, delivery, tracking details).
Business Support:
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and product catalog updates.
Coordinate with designers for product mockups and edits.
Ensure smooth execution of client meetings (preparing samples, presentations, etc.).
Reporting & Escalation:
Provide you (Business Owner) with daily updates on orders & pending tasks.
Flag urgent issues or escalations for quick decision-making.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred).
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or coordination roles (preferably in Gifting/Events/Advertising/Printing).
Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Email.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
Should be proactive and client-service oriented.
