Job Description

Role Summary:


Responsible for managing the complete patient journey from pre-admission enquiries to post-discharge follow-ups, ensuring an excellent patient experience, smooth hospital operations, and strong relationships with doctors and referral sources. This role also involves coordinating with multiple departments, overseeing billing and insurance approvals, driving patient referrals, and promoting hospital services through community and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle patient and doctor enquiries, provide hospital tours, and share estimates. Coordinate with doctors, TPA/insurance for smooth admissions and cashless approvals. Ensure high-quality service delivery during admission, treatment, and discharge. Monitor billing, resolve queries, and ensure timely settlements. Collect patient feedback and implement improvement measures. Build and maintain relationships with doctors, referral partners, and community stakeholders. Promote hospital services through networking, events, and marketing initiatives. Oversee consumables, departmental efficiency, and compliance with hospital protocols.
