Job Title: Operations Executive Job Summary: We're seeking a Operations Executive to monitor security guards' activities and ensure compliance with protocols.

. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor Security Guards: Track security guards' activities through screens and calls to ensure they're working efficiently and effectively.

- Checkpoint Scanning: Verify that security guards are scanning checkpoints as per protocol and reporting any incidents or issues.

- Shift Reporting: Generate reports on security guards' performance during their shift, highlighting any notable incidents or issues.

- Real-time Monitoring: Monitor security guards' activities in real-time, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to management.

- Data Analysis: Analyze data from security guards' reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting security guards' performance, incidents, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and reporting skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with security protocols and procedures

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of reporting software Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in security monitoring or a related field - Knowledge of security systems and protocols

- Excellent problem-solving skills
