Job Title: Reporting cum Monitoring Executive Job Summary: We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reporting cum Monitoring Executive to monitor security guards' activities and ensure compliance with protocols. As a Reporting cum Monitoring Executive, you'll play a critical role in tracking security guards' performance, identifying issues, and generating reports to support informed decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor Security Guards: Track security guards' activities through screens and calls to ensure they're working efficiently and effectively. - Checkpoint Scanning: Verify that security guards are scanning checkpoints as per protocol and reporting any incidents or issues. - Shift Reporting: Generate reports on security guards' performance during their shift, highlighting any notable incidents or issues. - Real-time Monitoring: Monitor security guards' activities in real-time, identifying and escalating any issues or concerns to management. - Data Analysis: Analyze data from security guards' reports to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. - Reporting: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting security guards' performance, incidents, and areas for improvement.
