Deal with and investigate employee complaints without any bias.
Resolve disputes and other possible issues within the company.
Counsels the patient and family/significant others in meeting nursing and related needs.
Participates in and presents in-service programs.
Sets policies and procedures for training, coaching, counselling, and career development for staff.
Supervises and teaches other nursing personnel.
Is available for on-call duty nights, weekends and holidays, as assigned.
Manage Clients as per the requirement and maintain data base of Clients.

Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an Operation Executive, or similar role
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
MBA in Marketing & Human Resources Management or relevant field
