We are looking for a responsible and tech-savvy Online Learning Platform Coordinator to manage the complete operations of our online app for Bank and PSC coaching. The role involves overseeing recorded video lectures, mock tests, question banks, student access, app updates, and overall user experience. The candidate should have basic technical knowledge and a good understanding of competitive exam coaching.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the coaching app (videos, tests, question banks, notifications).
Upload, organize, and update recorded classes and study materials.
Coordinate with faculty to ensure timely release of new content.
Monitor student activity, test performance, and troubleshoot access issues.
Maintain quality control across mock tests and question banks.
Support students with app-related queries and provide basic technical help.
Report technical problems to developers and follow up until resolved.
Ensure smooth functioning of the app during peak exam seasons.
Assist in planning new features, test series, and content improvements.
Requirements
Basic technical knowledge (mobile apps, LMS platforms, uploading content).
Good understanding of Bank/PSC coaching structure (videos, tests, syllabus, pattern).
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle responsibilities independently with attention to detail.
