Job Description

Overseeing Overall Last-Mile Operations:

Managing all aspects of daily last-mile activities at the location, ensuring smooth and efficient processes from sorting to delivery.

Conducting Daily Team Briefings:

Leading regular team meetings to discuss performance metrics, emphasize station hygiene standards, and reinforce best practices for Cash on Delivery (COD) handling.

Contingency and Peak Load Planning:

Developing and implementing robust plans to effectively manage unexpected situations and handle increased delivery volumes during peak periods.

Maintaining Service Quality (SQ):

Ensuring that all last-mile operations meet or exceed the organization's established service quality standards.

Monitoring Load Handling:

Supervising the loading and unloading processes for network connections, ensuring proper handling and security of all parcels. *

Real-time Scanning and Updates:

Ensuring immediate scanning and updating of load details upon unloading, maintaining accurate real-time information in the field.
