Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day operations across multiple spa outlets.
Ensure adherence to company SOPs, hygiene, and quality standards.
Coordinate with Outlet Managers to track performance and push revenue growth.
Update and monitor the Trello board daily for task and progress tracking.
Support inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination.
Assist in marketing, promotions, and business development activities.
Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to management.
Ensure all centers meet assigned targets and follow brand guidelines.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in operations or hospitality.
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Trello preferred.
