Female candidates aged 30+ with strong Excel skills
Key Responsibilities:
Attendance & Workforce Management
Check and verify labour attendance (including photo verification) and update in attendance sheets.
Coordinate with team members for daily workforce activities.
Cross-check labour attendance photos in the evening.
Work Coordination & Monitoring
Collect daily work details from supervisors and update progress/completion in the Demand Sheet.
Coordinate with teams throughout the day to track order and shift progress.
Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Work Orders & Documentation
Prepare, issue, and update work orders in Komal software.
Write and maintain records of work orders in a notebook and send for approval to management.
Prepare supply orders, transfer requests, indents, and quotations for approval.
Update work order status in Komal software.
Inventory & Reporting
Update and manage inventory.
Create SKUs if required.
Check outward reports, track pending orders, and inform the reporting manager.
Financial & Payment Coordination
Calculate and prepare daily/previous day labour payment details and share with concerned authority.
Requirements:
Any Graduation & PG degree.
Strong command of
MS Excel
and familiarity with software tools (ERP).
Good coordination, communication, and multitasking skills.
Ability to manage labour attendance, work orders, and reporting systematically.
Prior experience in
operations, administration, or workforce management
will be an added advantage.
Work Environment:
Dynamic role involving
coordination with multiple teams (labour, supervisors, management)
.

field monitoring (attendance/photos)
and
system-based updates
.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
