Operations Executive

to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory and logistics processes in our growing e-commerce gifting business. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in stock management, logistics coordination, and database handling--ensuring operational excellence at every step.

Key Responsibilities

1. Database Management

Create and maintain a comprehensive database of inward and outward inventory movements. Update the database regularly to reflect real-time stock levels, enabling accurate reporting and efficient decision-making.

2. Stock Ordering

Work closely with the management team to analyze stock levels and forecast demand. Place orders for replenishment based on team discussions to ensure inventory meets customer demands.

3. Logistics Management

Monitor logistics updates and track incoming stock parcels. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries. Proactively resolve logistics issues to minimize delays and disruptions in the supply chain.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in stock and logistics management, preferably in the e-commerce industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external partners. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite. A proactive and adaptable mindset, committed to continuous process improvement.
