Key Responsibilities:
Collect, verify, and maintain operator documents
Coordinate with operators and resolve operational queries
Train operators on SOPs and process guidelines
Maintain records and basic reports (Google Sheets)
Escalate issues promptly
Requirements:
Graduate
1-3 years operations/coordination experience
Strong follow-up and communication skills
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets
