:Job Title: Operations Executive - Investment Banking - Mumbai

The post-transactions Operations Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all post-transaction documentation, conditions, and regulatory requirements on behalf of the client and lenders/ ARCs are completed accurately and within defined timelines

Job Responsibilities -

Review and verify post- transaction documents including loan agreements, assignment deeds, security documents, guarantees, and statutory filings. Ensure compliance with sanction terms, conditions precedent/subsequent, and lenders credit policies. Track and follow up on pending post- transaction documents and conditions. Coordinate with legal, operations, credit, and external agencies for document execution and compliance closure. Maintain accurate records and MIS related to post- transaction compliance status. Identify gaps, discrepancies, or deviations and escalate issues as required. Ensure timely compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.Key Skills:Mandatory: Strong understanding of loan documentation and post-disbursement compliance processes. High attention to detail and accuracy in document review. Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and adhere to timelines. Working knowledge of compliance, audit requirements, and internal controls. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic MIS reporting.

Job Location: BKC, Mumbai

Working Days: 6 days (2nd and 4th Sat off and 1st and 3rd Saturdays are work from home)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Law, or a related field

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹100,000.00 per month
