Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive with a strong operations background and advanced Excel skills. The role involves handling MIS, preparing sales and operational reports, and supporting day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth business functioning.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operational activities and ensure process adherence
Prepare and maintain MIS reports (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Create and analyze sales reports, performance dashboards, and operational data
Work extensively on Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data validation, dashboards)
Track sales numbers, targets, payouts, and operational KPIs
Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and other internal teams for data accuracy and reporting
Maintain and update databases, trackers, and operational documentation
Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and process improvement opportunities
Support management with ad-hoc reports and data analysis as required
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in an Operations role
Strong proficiency in Advanced MS Excel
Hands-on experience in MIS and sales reporting
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
