Position Jewellery Operations Manager

Shift 11:00am - 20:00Pm
Salary Range 40k - 50k + Incentives
REQUISITE (
SKILLS AND CORE COMPONENTS)
? Experience in B2B Order Management experience in gold jewellery industry? Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.? Good verbal and written communication skills.? Good communication and inter-personal skills? Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.? Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.? Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.? Exceptional attention to detail. Should be a critical thinker.
RESPONSIBILITIES?
Manage and oversee daily operations of the company including product cataloguing, order fulfilment, logistics, inventory management (if any), and quality control.? Work with suppliers and buyers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues. Participate with management in identifying and executing efficiency and productivity initiatives.? Work closely with other departments, such as accounting, sales and marketing, toensure that the company's operations support its overall business goals.? Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the industry
