Act as a bridge between the sales team and coaches to align and schedule demo sessions.
Ensure timely coordination and communication with all stakeholders to avoid scheduling conflicts.
Maintain and update scheduling systems, tracking demo status and feedback.
Support the sales team by ensuring that all operational aspects of demo sessions are handled efficiently.
Address any last-minute changes or cancellations and promptly inform relevant parties.
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the scheduling process and improve efficiency.
Maintain accurate reports and documentation of scheduled demos and their outcomes.
Assist in process improvements to enhance overall team productivity and customer experience.
