Responsible for managing and optimizing the daily operational processes, resource allocation, and workflow management related to client contracts and outsourced manpower. Ensures seamless service delivery, adherence to legal and regulatory compliance, and high levels of client and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations
related to the deployment, management, and support of outsourced personnel across client sites.
Streamline processes
for candidate onboarding, deployment, attendance tracking, and exit formalities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Ensure
strict adherence
to all labour laws, statutory compliances (e.g., PF, ESI, minimum wages, contract labour act), and company policies for all deployed personnel.
Serve as a
key point of contact
for clients regarding day-to-day operational queries and service delivery issues.
Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills
to diagnose operational issues and implement corrective actions.
Excellent Organizational and Time-Management Abilities
to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
High Attention to Detail
for accurate documentation and compliance assurance.
