We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage and support day-to-day operational activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, timely deliveries, and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound and inbound calls to customers to take confirmations related to orders, pickups, and deliveries.
Track orders end-to-end to ensure timely processing, monitoring, and resolution of any delays.
Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth pickup and delivery of shipments.
Communicate and follow up with internal teams to streamline operational workflows.
Maintain accurate records of daily operational activities and update systems as required.
Identify, escalate, and track issues such as shipment discrepancies, delays, missing items, or exceptions within the defined TAT.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with order management systems (preferred).
Previous experience in operations, logistics, or customer support is an advantage.
