Job Title: Brand & Operations Intern - COMMIX Personal Care (Females only)

Location: Navi Mumbai (On-site)

Stipend: ₹5,000-10,000 per month (based on capability)

Duration: 3-6 months (extendable)

Working Days: 6 days per week (or 5.5, depending on final schedule)

*Role Overview-

We're looking for a proactive intern who enjoys taking initiative, loves social media, and is comfortable handling small-but-important day-to-day tasks. If you want to learn how a real D2C beauty brand functions from the inside -- this role is perfect.

Key Responsibilities
1. Influencer & UGC Coordination

Send DMs/emails to influencers & creators Follow-up for UGC videos, product shots, testimonials Maintain simple tracking sheets, good woth MS Excel, Word etc. Help in packaging & dispatching PR/UGC kits
2. Corporate Gifting Outreach

Make basic introduction calls to corporate HR/teams Share brochures & product info Maintain lead sheets and follow-up reminders.
3. Social Media Support

Assist in shooting simple reels on phone Take BTS, packing, and product close-up shots Upload basic posts on Instagram, Quora, and LinkedIn Respond to simple DMs/comments
4. Office & Operations Assistance

Coordinate courier dispatches Organise product samples Support during photo/video shoots Maintain a basic stock list in Google Sheets
5. Communication & Coordination

Make polite follow-up calls to creators & vendors Manage WhatsApp communication Coordinate with carton suppliers, printers, packaging vendors (simple tasks only)
Ideal Candidate
Graduate or final-year student Confident on calls Active on social media Not shy to do small office tasks Not shy on camera Organised, neat, and responsible Interested in beauty, branding, and D2C startups
