Operations Executive

Core Responsibilities

Manage Amazon + Flipkart listings, suppressions, tickets, and catalog hygiene. Coordinate daily with Nagpur packing team for dispatch. Pack & dispatch

website orders

from Pune. Maintain

accurate inventory

across all platforms daily. Handle all

customer calls

(returns, exchanges, size queries). Oversee

vendor coordination

(fabric, logo work, QC, delivery timelines). Track and report

returns

, escalate high-return SKUs. Monitor

daily ROAS

, coordinate with agency weekly. Provide

daily EOD report

+ weekly summary. Ensure smooth, error-free operations with zero excuses.

Pay: ₹10,747.46 - ₹18,000.00 per month
