Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operational activities to ensure smooth coordination between students, mentors, and internal teams.
Manage class scheduling, student onboarding, and mentor allocations.
Handle operational documentation, data tracking, and reporting.
Coordinate with the sales, HR, and technical teams for process alignment.
Monitor course delivery quality and ensure timely issue resolution.
Maintain records related to attendance, feedback, and class performance.
Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and student experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any field.
2-5 years of experience in operations, preferably in an EdTech, training, or service-based company.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
