Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive - Operations to support day-to-day warehouse and logistics functions. The role involves ensuring smooth execution of order processing, documentation, inventory handling, and SLA adherence in coordination with warehouse teams and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

? Oversee and support daily warehouse operations including inward, storage, picking, and dispatch processes

? Monitor inventory levels, stock accuracy, and cycle counts; ensure alignment between system and physical stock

? Coordinate with clients for order schedules, dispatch updates, and reporting

? Ensure timely documentation - GRN, invoices, gate passes, and dispatch records

? Track SLA performance, returns, and reconciliation of transactions

? Identify process gaps and assist in improving workflow efficiency on-ground

? Maintain coordination with warehouse staff, transporters, and tech teams for smooth execution

Qualifications & Skills Required

? Graduate or Diploma in Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain

? 1-2 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations preferred (Freshers with relevant internship experience may apply)

? Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)

? Good communication skills (written & verbal) and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders

? Attention to detail, accountability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
