Receboo / Pep Up App
across PAN India operations. The role involves monitoring daily activities, ensuring smooth process implementation, and handling customer communication and feedback calls.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the Receboo / Pep Up App for seamless operations.
Coordinate with management and staff to ensure process adherence.
Handle customer queries and feedback through regular calls.
Maintain daily/weekly reports of operations and customer interactions.
Execute and implement processes on different systems as required.
Requirements:
Graduate with experience in operations or telecalling/customer support.
Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
Good command of MS Office and familiarity with app-based systems.
Organized, proactive, and customer-oriented.
