Working Days: 6 Days (Saturday & Sunday working, Week off between Monday-Friday)

Shift

: Start between 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM (8.5-hour shift)

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Executive to manage test operations, faculty coordination, student data management, and academic support activities across all centres.

Key Responsibilities:

Topic-wise file updating of all centres. Preparation of test schedules. Coordination with faculty for test scheduling. Test announcements in V-Connect. Test ticking and marks entry in V-Connect. Sending SMS of marks to parents after evaluation. Handling student and centre queries during examinations. Centre-wise packing of Test Papers (TP) and Model Solutions (MS). Dispatching subjective papers to paper checkers for correction. Confirmation of tests, sending SMS to absent students, and tracking corrected
paper distribution.

Timely assessment data entry. Test supervision on exam days. Uploading lecture PDFs in Studease App. Willingness to work on Sundays and in morning shifts.
Candidate Requirements:

Graduate from any stream, 60 % minimum eligibility criteria Strong coordination and communication skills. Basic knowledge of Excel and data entry. Ability to handle operational work with accuracy. Prior experience in academic operations is a plus. Freshers with willingness to learn may also apply

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
