Job Title: Operations Executive (Fresher can also apply)

Company Overview: We are seeking an Operations Executive to join our team, supporting post-sales

activities, order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and maintaining efficient communication

channels.

Position Overview: The Operations Executive will ensure smooth order processing, timely delivery,

and overall customer satisfaction. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong

communication skills and an understanding of sales and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Processing and Fulfillment:

? Review and process sales orders accurately.

? Coordinate with production and logistics for timely order fulfillment.

? Monitor inventory levels and generate purchase orders as needed.

2. Logistics Coordination:

? Arrange transportation and shipping logistics.

? Track shipments and provide updates to customers.

? Resolve transportation issues or delays.

3. Customer Support:

? Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries.

? Provide timely responses to customer queries.

? Address customer feedback and concerns effectively.

4. Documentation and Reporting:

? Generate sales-related documents and maintain accurate records.

? Prepare reports on sales performance and order status.

? Utilize ERP systems for order management and reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

? Experience of 4 to 5 years in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or trading.

? Strong understanding of sales and logistics processes.

? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

? Proficiency in ERP systems and other software tools.

? Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Problem-solving mindset and ability to resolve issues efficiently.

? Commercial acumen and familiarity with MIS reporting tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
