Receive and process customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment as per standard operating procedures. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify stock availability and manage inventory. Check product availability in the warehouse and place orders with the principal if stock is unavailable. Communicate and maintain relationships with principals for order placement and follow-ups. Ensure the issuance of debit/credit notes for faulty or damaged materials returned by customers or vendors. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, ensuring zero escalations in service-related concerns for both local and export customers. Inform customers about delivery dates and respond to inquiries regarding delivery status, lead times, and stock availability while keeping records updated. Manage customer escalations and provide resolutions within defined service standards. Provide transporter/courier details to customers to keep them informed about delivery schedules.
