Role Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive/Manager to support and improve our day-to-day operations. You'll be responsible for streamlining processes, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet quality standards. This role requires a problem-solving mindset, strong organizational skills, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments Develop and implement efficient processes, procedures, and workflows Monitor and optimize resource allocation, budgets, and timelines Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution Identify operational issues and propose solutions to enhance productivity Prepare reports and provide insights for management decisions Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulations Checks the cleanliness and friendly work environment into the organization Help in conducting webinar and seminars Assist in onboarding and training new team members

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
