Operations Executive
to join our team.
This role will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day business operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, and driving process improvements. The ideal candidate should be highly organised, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be capable of coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor day-to-day operations to ensure seamless business functioning.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational requirements.
Maintain records, reports, and documentation as required for business tracking and compliance.
Identify process gaps and recommend solutions for operational efficiency.
Assist in vendor management, procurement, and negotiations.
Handle scheduling, resource allocation, and operational planning.
Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
Support senior management in strategic planning and execution of projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
1-3 years of proven experience in operations, administration, or process management.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with ERP/CRM tools is a plus.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
