Job Title: Customer Support Associate
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute shipments from factory to final destination
- Handle port-to-port, air, and CIS shipments independently
- Liaise with shippers, liners, airlines, transporters, CHAs, and surveyors
- Place bookings with shipping lines and manage VGM, shipping instructions, MBL, and HBL
- Troubleshoot issues related to international freight transportation
- Provide shipment quotes and set up shipments as required by customers
- Maintain day-to-day office coordination and reporting to the Head of Department
- Prepare and send Daily Status Reports (DSRs)
- Send pre-alerts to agents and customers regarding shipments

1. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience working with a freight forwarder (mandatory)

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?26,000.00 per month
