About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join our e-commerce team in Sadashiv Peth, Pune. This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, logistics, or backend coordination especially within an e-commerce environment. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and love solving day-to-day operational challenges, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations including:
? Order processing and fulfillment
? Inventory tracking and updates
? Shipment scheduling and delivery coordination
? Liaise with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth and timely dispatch of orders.
? Maintain operational accuracy through efficient use of Google Sheets, MS Excel, and other order management tools.
? Monitor shipping dashboards and troubleshoot delivery issues proactively.
? Generate regular reports on order status, inventory, and other operational metrics.
? Maintain backend documentation and records with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness.
Required Skills & Experience
? 1-3 years of relevant experience in operations, logistics, or back-office coordination, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
? Proficiency in Google Sheets, MS Excel, and basic order tracking or ERP software.
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
? Fluent communication in Hindi and English; knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
? Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
? Problem-solving attitude with a proactive approach.
Preferred Qualifications
? Prior experience working with jewelry-based products in an e-commerce setting will be a significant advantage.
? Exposure to platforms like Shopify, Unicommerce, shiprocket, eshipz, gokwik dashboard or similar tools is a plus.
